1. Introduction

• Extended charters

Our services are subject to availability and prevailing weather conditions. We have the right to change or cease offerings at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, you are required to:

• Be minimum 18 years old
• Provide valid and thorough details
• Deposit payment as instructed in your reservation confirmation
• Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed after we receive payment and provide written affirmation. We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charters are pending the availability of the vessel and appropriate weather conditions. We will endeavor to accommodate your preferred schedule as closely as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All rates are presented in € and include taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices may change without any prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial Payment: 50% of the full charter cost payable upon booking
• Remaining Balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the charter departure
• Any incidental expenses: Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept main credit cards, direct bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payment processing is carried out using secure and encrypted methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• More than 72 hours in advance of departure: Entire refund minus transaction fees
• Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: Partial refund of 50%
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refunds granted

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain assesses the weather as unsafe, we will propose to:

• Reschedule to another available date with no extra charges
• Issue a complete refund if rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be a mechanical issue with the designated vessel, our effort is to supply an equivalent replacement. In the absence of an alternative, a full refund will be offered.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All clients are expected to:

• Adhere to instructions given by the crew
• Utilize safety gear when demanded
• Inform of any medical issues that could impact their well-being
• Stay within the designated areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following articles are forbidden aboard:

• Glass vessels
• Illegal substances
• Firearms or any weapons
• Limited non-alcoholic beverages are permitted
• Animals (unless previously allowed)

6.3 Conduct

Patrons must behave considerately. A charter may be ended prematurely without a refund if a client's actions pose a safety threat or interrupt the experience for others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our accountability to the cost paid for your charter. We assume no responsibility for:

• Personal harm resulting from a guest's carelessness
• The loss or damage of personal belongings
• Secondary, consequential, or punitive damages
• Delays caused by weather or events out of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain thorough marine insurance for our vessels and operations. Customers are liable for securing their individual travel and belongings insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter activities implies accepting that they come with inherent risks, and you take on responsibility for your personal safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We may adjust itineraries, courses, or timetables based on elemental conditions, safety requirements, or operational necessities. We will strive to supply similar alternatives wherever feasible.

9. Force Majeure

Actions beyond our authority, including but not restricted to the following, release us from liability for delays, cancellations, or alterations:

• Extreme weather events
• Natural catastrophes
• Legal injunctions
• Harbor closures
• Technical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your confidential information is managed as per our Privacy Policy. Using our services implies agreeing to data collection and usage as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Our website's content such as words, visuals, emblems, and photographs are safeguarded by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized replication, distribution, or production of derivative works is not allowed without our express consent.
